During the summer 2016, we enhanced our e-AHLmanage application by allowing each handler to configure whether and when AHL file data are retrieved from BagAssist database or from World Tracer. This new feature opens a lot of new opportunities for e-AHLmanage.

Billund Airport has been using Sky Assist kiosk application (kiosk-AHLreport) since 2012. Around 65% of the AHL files of this station are created by passengers themselves using the kiosk. The duty manager of Lost & Found at Billund Airport shared his best practices to motivate agents and passengers to use the kiosks.

Air France and Sky Assist have worked hand-in-hand to develop a CUSS certified kiosk application fully integrated with Air France web-services to speed up the creation of AHL files. This application has been implemented on 40 kiosks spread in 9 airports in France.
