m-AHLreport is our new mobile application for passengers to declare their missing bags on their smartphone. It was developped in collaboration with Air France for nomad passengers who prefer using a smartphone than a PC.

The Reclaim project was requested by Brussels Airport, supported by the handlers in Brussels and developed by Sky Assist. It automates the check to define whether a given passenger can enter the arrival area to pick-up his bag. Based on the AHL file and the bag statuses, the passenger is allowed to enter or not.
