All our products are perfectly integrated with SITA WorldTracer. We always follow the WorldTracer philosophy and rules, kept as master worldwide database for all lost baggage.

We have therefore a special relation with WorldTracer specialists:

  • Web-services development agreement, with our handler code 165 we access and test 
  • WorldTracer web-services in multi-version HAL WorldTracer test environment.
  • Presence at WorldTracer user conferences since 2005, first as observer and after as BDS and web-services customer, and also product exhibitor.
  • SITA is distributing our PaxClaims product.
  • We still have a mix connectivity to WorldTracer, with a common roadmap to replace old-fashioned connectivity (screen-scrapping) by latest web-services.


It is left to the choice of our customer to run and integrate our products within their preferred hosting facilities, like their own or outsourced IT data centre, or to have them hosted within our hosting partner IT-CE, running on shared VM Ware environment. Located in the COLT premium co-location in Nossegem, Brussels, in a designed N+1 full resilience protected premises, including water and fire protection, the hosting services also include SITA WorldTracer connectivity as IT-CE was selected as preferred SITA partner. 


Sky Assist entered a partnership with IER for the selling and distribution of the IER material that is used in relation with the BagAssist suite of products, like but not limited to baggage label printers IER400 and airport kiosk IER919. A technical partnership has also been put in place for product development and support of the software insuring a correct and qualitative running of the BagAssist suite products with IER hardware and its evolution.


Voxtron is an international group specialized in Contact Center software, based on a very strong IVR background. Voxtron is headquartered in Belgium.

Sky Assist entered a partnership and reseller agreement for the distribution of the AXXIUM software through IP or with IVR cards (installed on dedicated server) integrated with the Customer phone host and used by BagAssist to let the passenger receiving latest information about his lost baggage incident. Intelligent queuing mechanism and transfer capability to an agent is also foreseen.
