Since June 2016 in terminal 1 of Zurich airport, the Swissport Lost & Found counter has been replaced by 4 self-service kiosks where passengers report their delayed bags. During the summer 2016, we enhanced our e-AHLmanage application by allowing each handler to configure whether and when AHL file data are retrieved from BagAssist database or from World Tracer. This new feature opens a lot of new opportunities for e-AHLmanage.
