Swissport and Sky Assist are looking back to a close cooperation since 2003. During this time, we both worked together to improve the processes for the arrival services and enhanced the product. Just recently in August 2009, Swissport launched together with Sky Assist one of the first Lost & Found kiosks in Geneva with direct access to WorldTracer. This new services offers passengers the opportunity to bypass waiting queues to report their lost luggage.
Swissport is very much looking forward to further enhance and simplify the Lost & Found processes and also work on mobile devices to further bring down the passenger inconveniences and improve quality at the end cycle of the passengers’ journey.
