All our products are perfectly integrated with SITA WorldTracer. We always follow the WorldTracer philosophy and rules, kept as master worldwide database for all lost baggage.

We have therefore a special relation with WorldTracer specialists:

being informed like WorldTracer management members of all planned changes,
presence at WorldTracer conferences first as guest, then as BDS customer for which we have a reseller agreement
PaxClaims product presentation at last WorldTracer conference as we have signed a marketing agreement allowing SITA to also sell our product to their customers
Technical contacts as we will be one of the first company to integrate WorldTracer transactions with latest technology Web Services, replacing old-fashioned screen scrapping techniques used today.

BagAssist Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Agentel.

Sky Assist entered a partnership and reseller agreement with Voxtron for the distribution of the Voxtron AXXIUM software and IVR cards (installed on dedicated server integrated with the Customer phone host) used by BagAssist to let the passenger receiving latest information about his lost baggage incident. A transfer capability to an agent is also foreseen that, combined with the Agentel software also developed by Voxtron, automatically inform the agent of the passenger information and opens his file for direct treatment.

BagTag printers and airport kiosks.

Sky Assist entered a partnership with IER for the selling and distribution of the IER material that is used in relation with the BagAssist suite of products, like but not limited to baggage label printers and airport kiosk. A technical partnership has also been put in place for product development and support of the software insuring a correct and qualitative running of the BagAssist suite products with IER hardware and its evolution.

Mobile PDA device

Sky Assist has a distribution agreement with Almex, the ticketing brand of Höft & Wessel, for the distribution of the PDA devices that are currently used as basis for the BagAssist mobile solution.
